Thank you for shopping at Faab Store, operated by DO GREEN LLC. We want to ensure your picture frames arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, as well as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Free shipping applies to standard shipping on orders with a subtotal of $75.00 or more (before tax). Shipping method upgrades do not qualify for the free shipping threshold.

⚠️ Alaska & Hawaii: Standard shipping to AK/HI may take 7–10 business days. Express and Overnight shipping may not be available to all AK/HI ZIP codes. Free shipping on orders $75+ applies to AK/HI standard shipping, but delivery windows are extended. Please allow additional transit time for deliveries to these states.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Tracking information is usually updated within 24 hours of the shipment being picked up by the carrier. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].

4. Packaging

All picture frames are carefully packed in custom protective packaging designed to prevent breakage during transit. Frames with glass fronts are additionally wrapped with foam padding and corner protectors. Gallery sets and larger frames include reinforced outer boxes with interior bracing.

5. Delays & Carrier Issues

Delivery time estimates are provided by the shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather events, high shipping volumes (especially during holidays), and other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays beyond our control. Faab Store is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed off. Please allow 2 additional business days before contacting us about a late delivery.

6. Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and building management. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at [email protected] and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Faab Store ships exclusively within the United States and its territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
